As our Brand Manager, you will have responsibility for:

  • This role will support the development, execution, and communication of product and / or brand platforms as required in the delivery of the strategic and tactical plans.
  • Activity will be executed to drive customer connection with the McDonald’s brand to positively impact key brand measures and hit sales objectives.
  • The role requires a relentless focus on understanding the customer and connecting them to the McDonald’s brand they know and love. A truly collaborative, constructive, and forward-looking approach is a must for this role.

 

Competencies

 

To be successful in this role, you will bring

  • Solid stakeholder management skills from internal colleagues through to external partners and at times our Franchisee community
  • Proven communication ability
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the Creative development process
  • Exposure to Brand Marketing and Brand Management
  • A confident presenter in various forums
  • Organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Demonstrated resilience
  • Excellent Budget management and understanding of P&L
  • Be able to operate at pace and adaptable

Qualifications

  • You will come from a Retail, FMCG or other relevant background and have already worked
    3-5 years in a Marketing role.
  • You will have a Bachelor of Marketing or Bachelor of Communications or the equivalent
